Agreed his path was wrong, maybe he didn't take the right path to come up with putting the plight of north indians in M'rashtra the right way, but who will speak for the man who's lost his taxi (he probably earns 2-3K per day), lost his pani puri cart (300-400 Rs per month), wound up his veg selling and ran back to Bihar?? All Raj Thackerey gets for his actions is house arrent where he enjoys the day watching TV. Gross injustice! Any act of incitement towards any community, state, whatever should be dealt with in strictest manner.
Frustrate hoke hi Rahul Raj ne gun uthaaya hoga na, aisa nahi ki ek din Raj Thackerey ne flaming sppech di, aur next day Rahul Raj aaya. I'm still not saying that killing him was right, but some guy had the guts to at least show that he's hurt and would want to speak to Mumbai Police Commisioner.

I really cannot deny most of the points which you had put forth, (that is why even in my prev comments, I started with "your statements are true"). Also, your rightly drew reference to a terrorist's mom, that's why I mentioned the testimonials from his neighbours and friends - who might be unbiased. Again, going by the questions which you had listed, my answers and reaction would probably be the same and I would justify them too; but at the same time Virdi, if the same reaction is going to come from a cop, I might probably not justify it.
Maybe they could have mugged him down, tranquilized, shot below his kneee - what not? because it was obvious from the video that he was acting insane due to the events that happened in the city. Who know if something he witnessed scared the shit out of him and he was acting so insane?
He needed to be stopped - NO second thoughts there - but killed? that is where my line of disagreement is.
