Mom Sick

Won't be blogging as I am going home for few days. Mom is really sick, me going to see her. I pray its nothing major and she become fit and fine again. And hope she comes running out of the hospital.

Life Hai Yaar

Sometime life does few things and you don't know why it has happened. There might be so many questions you would seek answers for but you might never find them. You might ask yourself as to why this happened to me or why this happened to that guy. I have seen people who don't smoke, don't drink, lead a very sober life fighting with diseases. I have seen people who pray five times a day, were the class toppers, were recognised by professsors at IIT as the best student they ever had; getting divorced after 8 months of marriage. Sometimes it just happens and you don't know why. You just have to accept.

Nandita sent me a forward today morning and it made a lot of sense. Sometime you just have to say, "Life Hai Yaar!!"

• I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it may be better tomorrow.
• I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles a rainy day and lost luggage.
• I've learned that making a "living" is not the same thing as making a "life."
• I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.
• I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's glove on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.
• I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.
• I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.
• I've learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone.
• People love that human touch - holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.
• I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

Makes sense to me. And yes I have to learn a lot. :-)

Lakshaya - Four times

We were watching Lakshaya yesterday and it was fun. No No No not because of the movie but because the way we were watching the movie. Every dialog was repeated thrice and then we allowed Hritick to spit out the dialog.

In the scene "Malihabad Ke Aam Khaye hain??"

Me: Karan kabhi Malihabad ke aam khaye hain?

Kini: Nahi sir.

Deepu: Aasli maza toh aam khane ka aam ke baagh mein hi hai.

And then we let the real movie dialogs come on screen. Deepu said, "It looks like I am watching the movie four times." Every dialog was repeated four times. As they say in IIT "Saala poora magga maar liya hai"

I love this movie and its dialogs.

Hritick: Uncle last time inki rally mein police ne water cannon chalaye the water cannon. (With a face like his eyes are about to pop out)

Lalita Dube: Jaisi maa waisi beti.

Hritick: Aunty?? No uncle (Eyes are now out of the sockets)

Uncle: Toh fir tum kya karne wale ho Karan?

Hritick: Aabhi toh main ghar ja raha hoon. Fir sham ko Udesh aur Parvesh ke sath.....

Uncle: Main tumhara aaj ka program nahi pooch raha hoon. Tum zindagi ke baare mein kya soocha hai??

Hritick: Zindagi??You mean life?? Hmmmm... Iske baare mein bhi soochna toh chahiye.

And then the scientist and ghas kaatne wala dialog. Phew!!! I am amazed I have all the dialogs in my head. :-) Pata nahi I was so jobless that I saw the movie 2000 times and now I have total magga marofied the dialogs. :-)

Ah this movie. How can I ever forget "Andaz Aapna Aapna"? What a movie!! Errrr, I mean what a crappy movie. What stupid dialogs. What stupidity. What crap. Its the best movie made out of junk.

Gogo: Gogo Mogambo ka bhateeja. Aankhen nikal ke gotiyan khelunga. (steals the cyle and runs away) Aaya hoon toh kuch leke toh jaunga.

Gogo: Yeh teja Teja kya hai? Yeh Teja Teja?

Aamir Khan to Gogo: Gogo ji aapki kahani toh meri maa sunati thi. Maa kehti thi so ja beta so jua nahi toh Gogo aa jayega. (total pickup from Sholay)

And how can we forget Vasco da Gama ki gun. Just take the name and fire, the bullet automatically hits the guy. Hahahahahaha... Kya bakwas hai yaar.

The kidnappers call Raveena and Krishma to tell them that their father has been kidnapped.

Raveena: Yeh lo aapne boss se baat karo (and gives the phone to Aamir )

Teja (the kidnapper): Mera boss?? Mera boss kaun hai??? Kaun hai mera boss??

Aamir and Salman go on a Luna to give the kidnappers 50 lacs. Kidnapper 1: yeh thaili mein pachas lakh leke aayeh hain kya? Kidnapper 2: Sir sir lakh lakh ke pachas cheque hoyenge sir. Kidnapper goes to Aamir and Salman and they give the kidnapper Rs 7800: Abe yeh firoti ke paise hain ki maiyat ka chanda? (Is this the money you have brought to get back the guy or is it money from some donation?) Worshtest Dialogs.

Total crappy movie and please if someone has not watched this movie, go and watch it but make sure you have a refrigerator at home. You need not carry your brains in front of the TV while watching the movie.

I love Bollywood. :-)

Oh before I forget. There was this girl Sneha Gupta who wrote a comment on Sayesha's blog and she has such an amazing smile. Posting her photo and this is her blog ID. Such an innocent and pretty smile. Hmmmm...

Manchester United

Ok never wrote anything about the club I love the most. As the Oinglish say: "Manchester United in the best football club in the world mayte." I love Man United. I presented Deepu with this ManU tshirt and we plan to watch all their matches together wearing the ManU colors. Check out the Manchester United Legends page too.

They play the FA cup third round match against a small team Burton Albion and I know they are going to win it. Go ManU go!!! Under Sir Alex ferguson they have won the English Premier League eight times and won the UEFA Cup Champion's league in 1999.

Poor Arsenal and Chelsea its going to take you all a long time when you can catch us. Keep trying losers. Muhahahahahahaha. (Mogambo Khush hua) All said and done they dont have a great team now. They are out of UEFA cup champion's league and will not win the EPL this year too. I hope they win atleast the FA cup and bring some glory to the club. All the best to the club I love the most.

My New Car

Bought a new car on Monday. Wanted to start the year with a bang. Mercedes Benz CLS - Class. Always wanted to have a Merc, so here I am now. Proud owner of the car. The photo was taken just before I left the showroom.

Thanks everyone. Hope you have enjoyed the show. And now lets get back to the real world.

Went to the Chennai Open and Merc is one of the key sponsors. There was this car parked there and took a photo and left that place. Ok I don't own the car?? Bleedy jealous people can't even see me happy for one moment.

Chennai Open 2006

The Chennai Open started today and I witnessed one of the best doubles matches ever played.

Firstly, thanks Archana (Dog) for the tickets. You dad is rocking. Thanks uncle, for the free tickets. :-)

Me and Fao went for the matches and saw Prakash Amritraj beat some guy from Brazil. Then Srichappan partnered with some guy from Czech Republic to beat some guys in a stupid doubles match. Don't know don't care. There was a new doubles rule. Please click here for more information.

Then came "The Tiger" partnering a louzy guy from Czech Republic, Martin Damm. He looked moron of Nth Grade. He was slow on his feet and was really really looking like a Nazi.

But Leander Paes showed yet again, how he inspires himself and comes up with great shots at very tense situations to win the game. He was amazing yesterday. And as Fao says, "He has got the heart of ten lions." Being set down and nearly written off by the opponents in he second set, Leander showed what is class, why he is still rated as the best tennis players in the world, why he is still winning Grand Slams with a 50 year old woman, why he still carry the hope of 1 billion people on his soulders, because he knows HE CAN DO IT!!! Such people really inspire me. I believe this is what makes people like Leander, Dhanraj, Raghavandra Singh Rathore, Anju Bobby George and Sachin, REAL LIFE HEROS and we are just normal human beings. They have the will power and the killer instinct. People who have the belief that they can do things, can only do it. Others are hmmmm, don't know can't say. Leander Paes is GOD!!!

Kids are so cool. They just want an autograph. Doesn't matter who he is. :-) Really loved it when they just wanted autograph of Charu Sharma. :D No one else but Charu Sharma. HAHAHAHAHA!!

We all had decided to watch Harry Potter, in Mayajaal. Me, Kini, Fao and AJane ready to go, till AJane ditched us. Fao requested her again to come and don't know what happened and she said "OK I will come". Girls can't decide. Ufff!!

Anyways AJane took 45 minutes to come to Adyar from Alwarpet. Fao was getting furious and didnt want to sit back at home. Asked me to drive out of home. Phew!!! What anger maachi.

We were waiting in front of Sixth Sense at SP Road and AJane met us there. Fao was had to be tied down to not hit her. We were getting really really late for the movie. Reached there at some 4.05 and we missed the crediats and "Film Division Dwara Prastut Certificate" of Harry Potter. Movie got over and we had not decided where were going to eat for dinner. Coming back from ECR can be a pain at times and met a huge traffic jam at Tirvanmiyur.

Came home and made tea for everyone. For some reason we decided we want to eat at Karaikuri and Fao was the culprit. I didnt have any idea what I was reading on the menu. Kazambahu and Kutupadi and Mutton Onion Tomato something. Seriously I had no idea. Kini had some "Turkey Biriyani." I ate some dosa with chutney. Yukky chutney.

Went to Gio-R-Gio, continental reastaurant and ate total Indian food there. :-) I never had diner at two places in my life. Finished eating and off to drop AJane home.

One the way we stopped at Chill Thrill for ice cream and it was 12. Yipieeeeeee. Happy new year everyone.
Ajane lives in Alwarpet. Phew her dad has a lot of money. Sexy appartment she live in. ;-)

While driving back my bladder started showing off and I had to drive back without changing gears. The more I moved my legs I felt like I am going to pee in the car. New year's first wish, "God Please Bring my house 5 kilometers nearer I got to peeeeeeee" reached home and ran in like a rugby player. Phewwwwwwwwwww!!! What a relief. Thank you god. Thank you.

It was 1 AM and Kini was like "Maacha lets go to IIT man". Ok lets go. :-)
Went to IIT. Played Table Tennis in Cauvery hostel. Kini lost to me again. 21-6. I didnt even smash. My ball placement on the table with backhand and forehand spin was just too good. To irritate him more. "Come on Kini, give some fight!! Come on Kini, atleast this year try to beat me!!!"

Went to Krishna. Wow. IIT is rocking. Night cricket and all that.
